Most products purchased on Gmingo can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided they meet the conditions outlined below. Requests submitted after this period may not be considered.

The item delivered is incorrect (wrong product, size, model, or color)
The product arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete
The item appears used, expired, or not genuine
The product develops a fault after normal usage
Important components or accessories are missing
The item does not fit as expected (applicable to clothing and footwear only)
You no longer want the item (only for eligible categories)

Items Not Eligible for Return

To maintain safety and quality standards, certain items cannot be returned unless they are defective, incorrect, or not authentic. These include:

Personal care and hygiene-related products
Food items, drinks, and consumables
Intimate wear such as underwear and swimwear
Products that have been opened, unsealed, or tampered with
Digital goods, event tickets, or downloadable software
Customized or made-to-order items

Declined Return Requests

The item may be sent back to the customer
Multiple delivery attempts may be made
Items not collected within a specified period may be forfeited

Exchange Policy

Gmingo Ventures does not offer direct product exchanges at this time.
