Log in and go to My Orders. Click an order to see status and delivery updates. If a delivery partner is assigned, live tracking is shown.
Open the order in My Orders and use "Request return" with an optional reason. Our team will review and respond.
We accept card payments (via our payment provider), wallet balance, and bank transfer. Payment options are shown at checkout.
After delivery, go to My Orders and click the order. Use "Confirm receipt" to release vendor payout. You have a set timeframe (configured by admin) to confirm.
